Senior 3D Designer

Responsibilities:
- Creative Concept Translation: Understand concepts and initial design intent, translating them into compelling 3D graphic representations that bring event and exhibition ideas to life.
- Quality Control & Assurance: Maintain creative control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high standards and consistency across all design deliverables.
- Advanced Presentations: Develop dynamic and visually engaging presentations using various animated graphic media to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- 3D Modelling & Rendering: Execute efficient and detailed 3D modelling of booths, event spaces, and POS materials, utilizing photorealistic rendering techniques for impactful visuals.
- Image Compositing & Retouching: Perform 2D and 3D image compositing, finishing, and retouching on renderings to achieve professional-grade visuals ready for client presentation.
- Production-Ready Outputs: Deliver final production outputs including precise lines, dimensions, and materials to ensure seamless transition from concept to build.
Must To Have:
- A minimum of 3 years of post-graduation experience in producing high-quality architectural and interior still images and animations, specifically within events, exhibitions, and booth design.
- Expert proficiency in 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard rendering and graphic software.

Strong knowledge of architectural visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques, with a proven ability to create detailed models for events, exhibitions, and POS materials.
Nice To Have:
- Experience developing and maintaining a software library tailored for architectural rendering and visualization needs.
- Advanced skills in animated presentation development and an understanding of cutting-edge design trends in exhibitions and experiential events.
