Quality Control Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Specialist to join our marketing agency and ensure that all marketing materials, campaigns, content, and deliverables meet the required quality standards before being shared with clients or published.  
Key Responsibilities:

Review marketing materials and deliverables before client submission or publication.

Check content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting, and factual accuracy.

Ensure designs and marketing materials follow approved brand guidelines and client requirements.

Review social media posts, advertisements, campaigns, presentations, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing assets.

Compare final deliverables against approved briefs, references, and client feedback.

Identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and communicate corrections clearly to the relevant team.

Maintain QC checklists and ensure that quality-control procedures are consistently followed.

Conduct final checks before campaigns or materials go live.

Ensure deliverables are completed according to deadlines and required quality standards.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical sector
• Strong editing, proofreading, and organizational skills
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Previous marketing agency experience is an advantage
