Odoo TeleSales Executive

--Blue Zone - Egypt--

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify sales leads for Odoo ERP and related digital solutions.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable Odoo modules and business solutions.
  • Schedule product demos and coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target calls and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients in the GCC region.
  • Provide feedback from clients to enhance sales strategies and product positioning.

Must Have 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or IT solutions.

Prior experience selling Odoo ERP or similar systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Zoho, etc.) is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).

Strong understanding of business processes and ERP modules (Accounting, CRM, HR, Inventory, etc.).

Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively over the phone.


Nice To have 

Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience working with clients in GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman).
