Multimedia Team Leader

Your Core Responsibilities

•  Lead and supervise the technical media production team (animation, video editing, and 3D).
•  Oversee the full production pipeline, from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with the creative vision and client expectations.
•  Ensure that all projects meet brief requirements, brand guidelines, and client feedback.
•  Manage tight deadlines, allocate resources efficiently, and support the team in delivering on time and at high quality.
•  Work hands-on when needed, contributing directly to execution or stepping in to support the team during critical phases.
•  Collaborate with the Project Manager on:
•  Timelines, deliverables, and production schedules
•  Team capacity, workload distribution, and inventory needs
•  Brief interpretation and production feasibility
•  Coordinate with the Creative Copywriting Department to:
•  Collaborate on project ideation from a technical execution and directing perspective
•  Align on storytelling, scripts, and creative direction
•  Focus on integrating AI tools, trends, and smart production pipelines to improve speed, efficiency, and innovation.
•  Troubleshoot production challenges, maintain workflow optimization, and implement scalable solutions.
•  Mentor and empower team members, promoting a culture of creativity, quality, and collaboration.

Job Requirements:

•  Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in multimedia production with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
•  Strong portfolio showcasing video production, motion graphics, animation, and/or CGI projects.
•  Advanced proficiency in multimedia software, such as:
•  Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
•  ⁠Solid understanding of storytelling, visual composition, animation principles, and design trends.
•  Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
•  Ability to communicate clearly with clients, management, and team members.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
