Mid-Senior Instructional Designer
--Blue Zone - Egypt--
Key Responsibilities:
· Design end-to-end learning experiences for workshops, ILT/VILT, and microlearning.
· Create gamified elements (missions, challenges, scoring systems, storylines, decision paths).
· Develop storyboards, learner journeys, simulations, and activity flows.
· Translate business concepts into clear, engaging learning modules.
· Build high-quality training materials: facilitator guides, decks, Participant manual, etc.
· Develop interactive digital content.
· Write scripts, scenarios, and reflection activities aligned with adult learning techniques.
· Review content produced by junior designers and provided improvement feedback.
· Ensure consistency, accuracy, and instructional integrity across all learning products.
· Conduct test runs and apply feedback from pilots or facilitators.
· Manage small–medium design projects from scoping to delivery.
· Work directly with facilitators and coordinators to align materials with delivery needs.
· Support Senior IDs or L&D Managers in proposal development and design concepts.
· Attend client or SME meetings to gather content and validate accuracy.
· Communicate design decisions clearly and professionally.
· Support alignment between instructional design, facilitation, and production teams.
Qualifications:
· 2–4 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
· Strong proficiency in digital learning tools — Genially is highly preferred.
· Solid understanding of adult learning theories, ADDIE, and experiential learning.
· Creativity in storytelling, narrative design, and activity creation.
· Proven experience designing gamified learning solutions or business simulations Is a preferred.
