Junior Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in designing, developing, and updating learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and job aids.

· Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure learning objectives are met.

· Support the creation of storyboards, scripts, and instructional materials aligned with adult learning principles.

· Help maintain and update Learning Management Systems (LMS) content and track learner progress.

· Participate in the evaluation of training programs and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

· Support multimedia development, including graphics, videos, and interactive elements for learning.

· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.

Qualifications:

· Basic knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).

· Understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum design.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

· Basic multimedia editing skills (video, audio, graphics).

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
