E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management (Amazon, Noon, Jumia)
- Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon EG, KSA, and UAE markets, including title optimization, keyword research, and content enhancement.
- Oversee FBA and FBM operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, timely shipments, and resolution of logistics issues.
- Handle Amazon Seller Support cases, troubleshooting listing issues, account notifications, and performance alerts.
- Manage and update product listings on Noon and Jumia for KSA, EG, and UAE markets.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics, including Buy Box eligibility, account health, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and stock forecasting to improve sales and visibility.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central (EG, KSA, UAE), including FBA/FBM operations.
- Hands-on experience with Noon and Jumia seller platforms.
- Strong knowledge of regional e-commerce logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
