Senior Multimedia Specialist

Core Responsibilities

1. Hands-On Multimedia Execution

· Execute professional video editing for commercial, corporate, and social media content

· Create motion graphics, animated visuals, and typography using After Effects

· Develop visual storytelling through editing, pacing, and cinematic techniques

· Execute animation projects including infographic animation, event visuals, and branded content

2. Project Execution & Delivery

· Receive briefs, scripts, and storyboards from creative and project teams

· Transform concepts into high-quality final visual outputs

· Deliver projects on time while maintaining quality standards

· Ensure outputs align with brand guidelines and creative direction

· Export and prepare content for multiple platforms and formats

3. Creative & Technical Contribution

· Contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and visual quality

· Suggest improvements in transitions, motion styles, and visual flow

· Apply modern editing trends and cinematic techniques

· Integrate stock footage, sound design, music, and visual effects effectively

4. Workflow & Technical Efficiency

· Maintain organized project files and structure

· Optimize workflow efficiency and execution speed

· Manage versions and backups properly

· Troubleshoot technical issues when needed

5. Collaboration

· Work closely with Media Production Manager, Creative Team, and Project Managers

· Collaborate with editors, animators.

· Support team members to ensure timely project delivery

Job Requirements

Experience

· 4–6+ years of professional experience in multimedia production

· Strong portfolio showing video editing and motion graphics work

· Experience in commercial, corporate, or branded content preferred

Technical Skills

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

· Basic color grading and sound design skills

· Strong understanding of cinematic editing techniques
