Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients in the Gulf region, with a focus on Saudi Arabia, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, fostering high levels of client satisfaction, and maintaining long-term client retention.
Strategic Planning & Consultation:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, market challenges, and growth goals, providing tailored marketing strategies and campaigns that align with their vision and deliver measurable, impactful results.
Project Management & Oversight:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, media, and digital, to ensure the timely, efficient, and high-quality execution of projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
Business Development & Account Growth:
- Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion, spearheading cross-selling and upselling efforts to drive revenue growth while nurturing and strengthening client relationships.
Regional Expertise & Insight:
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and trends to create culturally relevant and impactful marketing strategies that resonate with local audiences.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and client feedback to continually optimize service delivery and ensure sustained improvement.
Must Have:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within marketing/advertising agencies, with a strong portfolio of successful client engagements.
- At least 2 years of experience in account management and sales within a multinational pharmaceutical corporate setting.
Nice to Have:
- Extensive knowledge of the Gulf region, particularly Saudi Arabia, with a deep understanding of its market dynamics, consumer behavior, and cultural trends.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
